Staff Training and Procedures

Services We offer
The Full lockdown package
Our Full Lockdown Package is a specialised course comprising a 2.5-hour training session. This focuses on safety and lockdown education, providing practical scenario training with advice and suggestions tailored to your business or school. This session provides an opportunity to obtain a wider range of skills and knowledge from our experts to keep you and the community as safe as possible. We help guide you to build lockdown protocols and procedures, including Ministry documentation, that are effective and up to date with the latest advancements, trends, and emergency response procedures. This package also includes one lockdown drill with feedback to ensure your procedures become muscle memory!

“Skills and drills”
Our “skills and drills” package offers a unique opportunity to put your lockdown skills to the test! This package is designed to be a test drive, we create scenarios and situations that trigger a lockdown, putting your protocols into practice with constructive feedback from our experts. We request a 6 week period from the school in which it would be suitable for a drill to occur. We aim to make this drill a surprise to everyone to ensure all protocols are tested in a variety of ways. This is highly recommended as a follow on from our full lockdown practice. “I’m excited by the opportunity to be leading Lock It Down and further supporting our community through my policing experience. While working frontline, it became apparent to me that there is a real rack of knowledge in lockdown procedures, education relating to safety protocols and the steps of an emergency response. I believe it is vital for businesses and education providers to have a practical lockdown procedure and a sound understanding of how situations may unfold. Hannah and I are committed to ensuring we help create the safest environment in schools and the workplace, should an unfortunate situation occur.”
